We boil a big pot of coffee, and start a conversation. It may seem relaxed, but we have to go through each detail, as diligently as we can. Our QUESTIONNAIRE is designed for the occasion, and enables us to gather all the info we need for the creation of a perfect brief we later give to our creatives. This questionnaire of ours is a great tool for all those that know what they want, but haven’t found a way to express it precisely, but also for those that created a brief, but need to go through it and see it from an another angle.
STRUCTURING OUR WORK
If we’ve agreed that finding your brand’s personality and statement and defining your corporate culture is the next steep – then we add food to a pot of coffee, and start our workshop. It usually takes us up to 4 hours to reach our goal. We talk, we write down the associations, we glue our sticky notes all around, and at the end, we all know exactly who you are and where you need to be.

Visual directions that helps you make your first decision in line – we present you with several different creative approaches, and you do your picking. This is the way to do things accurately and without overstepping the desired due dates. Our visual boards set the scene for the members of our team that sit with the one you have chosen and discuss the ways of building your brand and your message accordingly.

After we have spent time with all the answers and reactions you gave us, after our research of your competitors and their approach, our research of your target audience and finding insights that help us understand their needs, we build your brand’s backbone – we define its truth, meaning and emotion, we build your brand pyramid, and find the tone of your communication, alongside with the slogan (the positioning one, the campaign’s slogan, the product’s slogan, etc), additional headlines and taglines, taking you to the part where we show you several different NEW YOU identities – logo, brand devices, colors, fonts, mockups of how it all looks on the materials, etc.
Communication strategy brings together all of the creative language tools needed to convey the message of the uniqueness of your brand to your target audience. The creation of the strategy covers the scope from coming up with brand and product names, accompanying messages and slogans, over defining the tone and manner of addressing your audience to specific concepts for campaigns.
We go through each of your key words, associations, stories and motivations in order to find just a right word that will easily present your brand, your company or your product.
